Could you please point out the section where it says dual intent for H1 will be removed ?
You will have to prove that you will come back to your home country after the end of the H1B. Look at page 237 of the new bill. It has the following:
(c) CLARIFYING THE IMMIGRANT INTENT PROVISION.� Subsection (b) of
14 section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1184(b))
15 is amended�

17 (1) by striking the parenthetical phrase �(other than a
18 nonimmigrant described in subparagraph (L) or (V) of section
19 101(a)(15), and other than a nonimmigrant described in any
20 provision of section 101(a)(15)(H)(i) except subclause (b1) of
21 such section) " in the first sentence; and
22
23 (2) by striking �under section 101(a)(15)" and inserting in its
24 place �under the immigration laws.".

I work for company A. I found a project for myself with X through another company B. (The end client is X and the middleman is B. My company A has contract with company B NOT WITH company X (end client)
I have an offer from end client X and my company is in the process of suing me in Virginia as I have a non-compete agreement not to work for client/end client or client's end client.
Has anyone come across such situation. Please help me.
I work on hourly rates and don't get paid if I am on bench. Can this be used nullify the contract as this is not legal on H1.

I am planning for my visa in Jan at Mumbai consulate. I do not have any relatives in either mumbai/pune who can submit my documents 3 days before the appointment.
Has anyone faced this issue? I have sent them an email asking if I can mail the documents to them. Lets see what they reply. Does anyone has experience what to do in situation like this?

You can mail your's. make sure its registered /fed ex receipt and send them a followup email to check if they received it.

But what if the company doesnot have any more requirement when my GC gets approved. Its takes 4-5 years and conditions may change as per time...?

Number 3 is by far the better pic to my mind. Re: Destroying your cloud....
yeah, just playing with some new scatter brushes that I didn't have control over yet :D...was aiming more for something like your pic 3 above.
In cases where there is no natural framing (Flora, fauna, dock posts, etc etc), on a sunset shot you can use people (silhouttes) to add elements of interest. Or maybe shoot from ground level; just suggestions and it's always fun to experiment with these things.

I just got this Canon 20D a few weeks ago and have not done any "serious" photography in several years. I definitely am having fun with it though....I've been waiting for the digital slr's to get where they are for most of those years. :)
